Woking, UK — Vision Engineering will showcase DELTOUR at GEO Business 2026, the latest addition to its range of professional stereo display systems for geospatial work. The glasses-free stereo 3D display for GIS professionals sits alongside the established CONTOUR and VECTOUR systems, giving geospatial teams three display options built around the same core principle: accurate stereo imaging with less fatigue.
DELTOUR uses lenticular display technology with integrated eye tracking to deliver stereoscopic imagery directly to the user’s eyes. No specialist glasses, no headset, no VR equipment. The 27″ flat-panel display has a 4K native resolution, connects to existing geospatial workstations and fits into multi-monitor setups without significant disruption.
A dedicated Vision Engineering stereo controller translates output from stereo-capable geospatial software, so DELTOUR works with existing workflows without requiring major changes to software or hardware.
Stewart Mardell, VP Sales at Vision Engineering, said: “DELTOUR is a significant step forward for anyone working with stereo imagery day in, day out. Accurate 3D depth perception, no glasses, no bulk. It connects to your existing workstation and works with your existing software. That is what our customers have been yearning for.”
Alongside DELTOUR, Vision Engineering will present its full geospatial display range at GEO Business 2026.CONTOUR uses patented TriTeQ³ technology to deliver glasses-free 3D full HD stereo imaging. The optics are factory-aligned, so no in-use adjustment is needed. With edge-to-edge image sharpness, stereo imagery can be shared to multiple workstations in real time across multiple locations.
VECTOUR is a traditional beam splitter stereo display built for team environments but with unique height and tilt adjustment for improved ergonomics. Multiple users can view stereo imagery at the same time. VECTOUR provides a direct replacement for discontinued NVIDIA 3D Vision and Planar systems.
All three displays are compatible with major stereo-capable GIS software packages.
Vision Engineering has been designing and manufacturing optical systems for professional use since 1958. Based in Woking, UK, its geospatial display range is used by analysts, photogrammetrists and intelligence professionals worldwide.
